Ony difference with the machines is the one that's showing no is on win98 my 2nd one has 98se.. They both have the same drivers for the card.
Any buddy know why? same dx version too which is 9.
Check whether vgartd.vxd is the same in the system folder.
You can also try ForceAGPSupport in register HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\DirectDraw.
After trying another driver i found it now works... which is weird cause the other 1675 has the same drivers and it has it.. But anyways just did the Compaq quick restore on the one that wasn't working because it was having other errors too..
Was a ebay laptop so god knows what was on it and seems like it has never been reinstall either 🤣 Good thing it had the factory partition restore still in tact comes in handy.
