Hi all, just a quick question: I have a PCI video card (the S3 Trio 64V+), and two sets of extra memory chips for it (1meg is soldered to the board). No matter which chips I install, the card's BIOS reports 1meg of RAM at startup, and Win98 also only sees the 1meg. There is a single jumper on the card, but it seems to make no difference. My card is identical to one pictured in the link below. Should it just see the extra RAM, or does it need a bios reflash, or a dedicated driver? The card had some water damage when I got it, so there is a chance of it simply being broken and unable to see the extra RAM, but I'm asking just to be sure.
