My Diamond fusion has this issue in warcraft1:
IMG-20191227-214405969.jpg
These lines move from top to bottom
Only happens on the rigth side of my lcd screen but a game tittle screen and the characters talking before the map starting dont show this ISSUE
Similar thing on Jagged Alliance.
Tested doom 1/2 DN2/3d, Eye of beholder2, Jill of jungle, quake 1 and Keen4. No issues
Warcraft 2 was perfect.
Tested the games on win98SE and in win98 DOS mode.
My build is a Via c3 800mhz:VIA C3 and ASUS CU4VX
Curious thing: Just tested the setmul and disabled the caches, the issue vanished (only tested warcraft1).
Glide games tested; turok and UT and Uneral gold dont has this issue.
Driver version Diamond Monster Fusion V2.13 from falconfly

Retro rig 1: Asus CUV4X, VIA c3 800, Voodoo Banshee (Diamond fusion) and SB32 ct3670.
Retro rig 2: Intel DX2 66, SB16 Ct1740 and Cirrus Logic VLB.

it is a known issue with 3dfx cards, try disabling write combining in BIOS (video memory cache mode on UC instead of USWC). if it still happens the win98 video driver probably is enabling it and you need to boot into DOS via f8 on bootup instead.

another option is to try a video card BIOS update.

The problem persist. The video is already in uc mode
The f8 Boot up freezed the game at tittle screen.
I gonna replace it with creative banshee or just a tnt2m64 or gf2mx.
