I have been browsing for days to identify this card, currently it doesn't give a picture out but would like to try to change jumper settings if I could find a manual.

Those ram chips are a bit weird, also found on some other cards made from Trident, I don't remember the chip now, but something low-end if I recall correctly.

maybe this can help:

Weird. I usually see those memory modules on ultra shitty cheap cards. I'm surprised that Paradise/WD actually went with that package on their own card.

The card clearly sold under the Paradise brand (owned by WD). It's possible that they outsourced the card production to this Fountain Technologies, Inc company though.

Your card is similar to the Paradise Accelerator VL Plus, but the layout is different. Maybe a later revision?
