As my lovely 17" CRT Sony CPD-200GS died, I am looking for a TFT, which should fullfill the following requirements:

Prio1:
- VGA input
- 120Hz for 3D Shutter
- 4:3 Modi with black bars, no stretching

Prio2:
- I want to use it for my current productive PC, so it should have 24"-27" and IPS panel with WQHD or better
- new available

Any recommondations?

if you want to use it with shutter glasses you should look for a screen that features black frame insertion to prevent ghosting.
also I'm not sure you'll be able to properly sync because the ELSA shutter glasses sync on the VGA signal afaik and there will always be some delay on the TFT.
also it's not 100% certain even a high refresh rate TFT will support and/or display a 120Hz VGA signal properly even.
