I'm currently using the 81.98 drivers but I'm noticing graphical glitches in games like Thief and Wheel of Time. I'm hoping it's just a driver issue.

AMD Athlon 1.3ghz
768mb RAM (I'm using Unofficial SP3)
Sound Blaster Live! Value

I think that's all the pertinent information?

I just re-downgraded to Win98 from XP because I lost compatibility on a few older things, but I wasn't having these issues. Curses!

1.) MS-DOS 6.22, Pentium 233mhz, 32mb RAM, S3 Trio64, Sound Blaster Pro 2
2.) Windows 98SE with Unofficial SP3, AMD Athlon 1.3ghz, 768mb RAM, Geforce 4 MX 440 64mb AGP, Sound Blaster Live! Value

Welp, I downloaded the drivers found here on vogons: http://vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?fileid=1411&menustate=0 and my glitches have so far gone away since installing them. If I have any further problem, I'll go down to the 45 neighborhood. Thanks folks!
