I have a WD90C30 video card with 1MB of memory (8×256k chips)

And speedsys displays it as 768K of memory.
Is this just a glitch in the software or is there a fault with the card?
I pulled out all the chips, cleaned the sockets and repeated all the chips and still no difference.

I dont have windows 95 on this machine, but I will see what PC-Config says (is that included with DOS?)
