Or other VLB board with S3 928, Sierra SC15025 RAMDAC and ICD2061A Clockchip. Just bought one from scrapyard w/o ROM & bracket.

At least now I know that it works (with BIOS for 928 + bt485 RAMDAC), though still searching for original bios.

@Jager,
I know its an old post but was just browsing info on the card and saw that you are looking for BIOS. I have the ELSA Winner 1000VL working and it has the same DAC and clockchip which you describe.
If you still need it - I can read the PROM with TL866 and provide the file here.
