Is there a way to accelerate the OpenGL screensavers in Windows 98 with a Voodoo3?

They're frame capped, so even if they were accelerated, it'll be a case of schrodinger's acceleration (though 3D Maze is definitely NOT accelerated even on Win2000)
Make sure the desktop's in 16-bit color at least. It'd be extremely hard to tell though as it'll technically run as a window (won't turn on the filter or pump up the gamma) and 3dfx's dithering table is a standard 4x4 order so it'll look rather identical to the Microsoft/SGI GL software rendering.
Somehow it’s working now I believe, super smooth, only real change was installing DX7, gonna back track to figure it out.
Installing 3dfx tools seems to do the trick.
