I recently aquirred a Cirrus Logic CL-GD5426-80QC-A VLB 1MB card that I plan to use in a 486 build I've beeing working on for the last 2 years.
I'd like to upgrade its memory to 2MB at some point in the future, but I'm not quite sure what kind of modules I should be looking for.
As you can see from the picture it has 2x Panasonic MN414260SJ-08 DRAM modules installed, which according to datasheet are 80ns.
Obviously I'll need some DIP20 modules, 8 in total, 128k each, 80ns. Can they be 70ns or faster or do they have to match modules that are already installed?
Is there anything else I need to keep an eye for apart from capacity, speed and number of PINs?
