Don't rule out Quadros: the NVS 100 (I think) is roughly equivalent to a Geforce MX 420 (440 core clocks mated to 64 bit DDR ram, so memory bandwidth equivalent to an SDR equipped 128 bit MX 420). It's the same basic core as a Geforce 2 Pro (power wise a nice match for a 800mhz P3) with a better memory controller and a die shrink. It also supports older drivers than the FX series.
