at least i was able to get an overview how sectors gets loaded/build a tiny Legacy FAT12 exporter before you crashed the party 😀
out of curiosity, can you explain in more depth what did you do to get it ported to DOS?
After reading the first post in this thread, I was curious if someone hadn't done it before. After two minutes, I found this version.
Of course, the technical side of how to do it yourself is perhaps the most important in this.
