... that does not show a entire list of remappable commands and complains about "CANNOT ASSIGN OR ALREADY IN USE" even though the key isn't even in use at all.

Is there a way to hack the CONFIG.DAT so that I can make use of WASD or SZXC (system shock 1) controls or am I SOL?

It's wolf3d engine so I can't imagine they screwed this up THAT bad...

No, because Wolf3d isn't programmed by Capstone or even have a setup program.

And before you ask, no, Capstone made unique their setup programs for Tekwar, Witchaven and Witchaven 2 as well. Different config formats and none of them are even based on Apogee projects (and not even the Apogee Sound System) so you can't 'mix and match' the setups with other BUILD games. I can't think it would be different for OBC.
