I am trying to get my 'Gravis gamepad pro' gamepad to work with Tombraider(1). My system is running Windows 98, directX 8.1 and Gravis Experion 4.5 software. I also have a Playstation 1 controller USB adapter that enables the PS1 controller to be used with a PC. ( I can get all the other tombraider games to run OK with this setup). I have read some of the stickys on this site and they recommend running DOS games in a DOS environment - I agree, but I want to play the game with a gamepad - I don't know if there are any suitable gamepads (with enough buttons) that will run in DOS (i.e. have DOS drivers). I have tried configuring each Gravis button with the correct TR1 action and then associating the ‘set’ with the Tomb.exe file (that’s the process you are supposed to go through with the Experion software) but this doesn’t work. Can anyone help me with the gamepads I have or suggest a different one please.

Thanks

joy2key work in dos 6.22?

I don't think there any way to do USB connections in DOS, but I do have an old game pad that uses the midi port. Can I map with joy2key in such a case?

Any other recommendation?
