Unfortunately my monitor is a tad on the dark side, and even on full gamma with the monitor controls, I need to increase it again within Windows. I also use the same monitor on my DOS machine (and any machine actually- through a KVM).

However, I wish to play Witchaven again, but it's simply too dark to play really. Naturally the game setup has not got such an option, but is there another way around this?

I know Whaven is supposed to be a dark game, but combined with the fact my monitor is too dark (i use it every day, and it has 1996 on the back so maybe over time it has got darker??). Regardless, other games are fine.
