I've just got Mech 2 (the DOS version) up and running on XP with a combination of VDMSound, Nolfb and Sapucdex (Sound, SVGA graphics, CD music and all 😁)

However my mouse responsiveness left a lot to be desired so I tried mouse2kv and added the following to my mech2.bat:

dosdrv.exe
nolfb.com
mouse2kv 640 480 8 8 mech2.exe

---end---

However when the game loads I am pinned against the wall of my room by a unending scream of white noise (you know like when you put a data cd in your regular cd player with the volume turned up! 😮 )

Is this a known issue with mouse2kv and Mech2 or are one of my other TSRs to blame?
