If I set up a virtual CD player in MSDOS via SHSUCD.EXE to mount ISOs, it replaces the MSCDEX.EXE file. By replacing MSCDEX.EXE I can no longer play CDs with audio tracks or games with audio tracks for the background music on the real CD player. It seems that after setting up a virtual drive, it no longer sends audio through the cable between the CD player and the sound card from the real CD player with CDs in the real CD player. There might be a solution for this. So I can use virtual CD players and play audio tracks through the real CD player?
