I've had this game lingering around for a while, and it ran great on my legacy PC with an Xpert 98 PCI installed(I'd guess constant 60 FPS or so, but never choppy)-hopefully with the 3Dfx logo on the back of the case, my new Voodoo 2 shouldn't let me down. It should run even better on the family PC, but it seems even compatibility mode won't get it to run.

Legacy PC:

AMD K6-2 366 MHz
128 MB PC-100 SDRAM
SiS 530 w/STB 12 MB Voodoo 2
SB Live! Value
Windows 98 SE/Windows 2000 Pro/Mandrake Linux 9.0

Family PC:

AMD Athlon XP 1800+ Palomino
512 MB DDR-266 RAM
ATI Radeon 9600 XT
SoundMAX Digital Audio
Windows XP Home

I checked the NT Game Compatibility List, and it said Redline would run fine under XP Pro. I don't know what it'll take to get it running...

EDIT: I solved my problem: ntcompatible.com is your friend. Make sure you patch the game to 1.1 first, and run without compaitibility mode on. If it doesn't run, try running it with it on(only to fail), then turn it back off & try again. It should work.
