if you are referring to ubisofts F1 Racing Championship, you can run it in windows 10 - i do it just fine, but it is the case that you will need to used a nocd crack as the old security program is itself no longer compatible with windows 10. i think there is some other file you need to and also DGvoodoo 3dfx wrapper. There is a thread on it either here or in aome other forum, just do some searching for "F1 RACING Championship" and "windows 10" and you will find your solution
