First off my built in graphics will not do 320X200.

Say a 320X200 game.

A lot of freebasic games use that resolution.

So is there a windows utility to resize a windows game to a larger size ?

2x, 3x ect.

What do you mean by "it will not do 320x200"? Some built in graphics can be set up in BIOS to stretch the display area to full screen if the screen resolution is smaller then standard. This can also be disabled (only a small part of the screen would be used in this case). So try tickling BIOS options.
