Hi there,
since I got my hand on a Star Trek Starfleet Academy DVD-Edition (Retail), i compiled and tested a patch to get it running in Windows 10 21H1.
DVD-Videos and game works fine as far as I have played.

How to install:
- Download and install the K-Lite Codec Pack (Basic) from https://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm
- Install Starfleet Academy DVD-Edition from DVD or ISO (still works like a charm in Windows 10 😉
- Copy "MOVIES" and "SOUNDS" folder from your DVD to you installation directory
- Copy the content of the patch to your installation directory
- OPTIONAL: Download and install latest versions of dgVoodoo2 (http://dege.fw.hu/)
- OPTIONAL: Use dgVoodooCpl.exe to configure your graphics settings to your liking (resolution, antialiasing, anisotropic filtering); default settings (1920*1080) should work fine for most people
- Run sfad3d.exe (sfa.exe is NOT testet, but should work for software rendering)

Known Issues:
- If you press "View Intro" you get message "Please insert CD1" - not really worth looking into it
