I'm having trouble getting Myst to run on DOSBox. eL_PuSHeR has helped me understand how to mount the cd-rom drive and the hard drive to install it to, but I still have one problem. When I try to run any of the files that should install the game...ex- install.exe, autorun.exe, or mssetup.exe- I get three different responses...and no game. (1. this program requires Microsoft Windows---2. This program must be run under Microsoft Windows----3. This program must be run under Win32----) I am running DOSBox on Windows XP, and I'm trying to install Myst - which was meant for Windows 3.1. Can anyone help?
