I recently tried the early 2000s mindscape/anuman interactive release "Train Set Builder" as it was a decent budge train set builder. This worked for me in windows 10 a couple years ago, but now when i try it, the ingame toolbox panel, from which one selects track objects , does not work - the panel just gets filled with a "website cannot be reached error" The game though does not require online access, but its menus seem to be using IE - like NHL 2004 did.

Is there a workaround for older games that used IE for their ingame interfaces. If i could get it to use Firefox or Chrome that would fix it maybe?
