Yes I gave up I am doing windows XP now.

Okay I found out what I did wrong for anyone that might have this issue!
Not only do you have to put the voodoo 3 patched voodoo2a.dll inside the 3dSetup folder, you gotta put it in the root game folder also!
And one more thing, in winXP I could only run in 640x480 but in win98 it works great and I am running in 1024x768.

Man I love that game. Played it so much when younger.

Id say improved in some ways but not others. I remember I definitely enjoyed playing as the cop in HS. You had other cops around the map that would support you and try to catch the same AI players. I did like the cars/music better in 3. I remember all the cheat codes too and modding was a lot of fun. HS did have Hometown, the OG map in 3. 3 had some of 2's music if memory serves as well.

NFS 2,3,4 also not work for me.

oh no, i haven't tried them all just this one so far.

3 and 4 You Can Both Install, bud when also 2 is Installed, they all start not more.

Bud you on win98, you can try all 3.
