Microsoft Inport, Device Interface. is written on the card.

I assumed it was a PS2 mouse connection on first glance but its not.

so sorry about the resolution and quality of the pics. Ill attempt to fix.

I think it's from a special kind of mouse (look at this article). Without that kind of mouse, the card is useless.

I have traveled across the universe and through the years to find Her.
Sometimes going all the way is just a start...

I'm selling some stuff!

if I am not mistaken that card is an interface for a bus mouse ... so without a bus mouse (bus being the name of the interfacing protocol 🤣) it is useless AFAIK
