If there is a vhd then it is likely to run in ... Go google what program introduced vhd...

That works and boots but the desktop is in complete chaos, seems to be virused.
I want to install vm additions, but i even don't know how to run a program in os/2
there is a undo and default options at the bottom of the window, but there is no "run" button

I bet you can run programs by double clicking the binary. Usually works in most OS'.
