Yes I would send to Belgium.
Shiping costs incl. packaging would be 13 - 15 Euros as a parcel (insured).
But of course I will only request the exact charges.
By the way: i have no longer the very short cable for the link between the two cards inside the computer. the auction is only about the card and the loop-cable.
