I have a question about an old PC I have, on the motherboard is a connector for a green switch and LED. Is this green switch for a turbo button or for putting the PC in sleep mode or something like that?

The motherboard is a DFI 586ITXD, intel 430TX chipset. Here's a link: http://stason.org/TULARC/pc/motherboards/D/DI … ITXD-REV-A.html (mine is rev C1+, but it looks pretty much the same)

I am pretty sure the green switch is for some power saving mode...

You can connect the green LED to anything you want. Since I never use hybernate, sleep or stuff like that, I just plug it in another mobo header thingy, if there is one
