Help with RS232 pinout for 486 motherboard

I have an ATC-1425B motherboard.

I'm having a hard time getting onboard RS232 ports working.

Anyone with one can please tell me if the pinout is standard? Google information is not very helpful.

There are two different standards for the onboard serial headers, plus a few different rare arrangements that aren't standard.

Rather than typing it all out, the two common arrangements are explained pretty well here.
