You can use any VGA extension lead. You can find 6" and 12" leads if you look around. You can also get VGA gender-benders for a couple of bucks if necessary.

Yeah just a standard VGA lead, the pinouts are the same, the only thing to watch out for is the male/female connectors, which is what the gender benders are for.

Its been a couple of years now but I setup a Voodoo 2 box and just bought a standard 12" VGA extension cable with a gender bender and it worked perfectly. I just got it from a local shop, but any standard VGA lead should work.

If your monitor has 2 inputs and your other gfx card has dvi I think you can connect both cards to the monitor and they will work without a passthrough
