I notice that when I'm using UniPCemu, I have to press Ctrl-Alt, then Delete twice for the Ctrl-Alt-Del effect to occur(either a reboot or Windows 95 RTM showing it's task manager).

Is that intended behaviour when using MS-DOS or Windows 9x/3.x? Or is this some weird bug in the CPU that's causing it somehow? As far as i can see the hardware is generating correct scancodes?
