Then read the documentation and use Google and learn.
I'm try this version https://qemu-manager.en.lo4d.com/screenshots , where here this settings ?
Don't use that version. It's ancient. Use the latest version of Qemu and learn how to use the CLI if you want to use Qemu.
Please give the QEMU CLI with GUI. I bad own command line and Linux settungs.

It's all still slow 🙁 but slower then PCem.
I've got another idea.
Use VirtualBox for Win98SE/Me, but make sure it has 1 virtual CPU that is limited (say 60%) in power. That way, your real CPU is not 100% busy because of the VM.
Also install VBE9x graphics drivers and use a lower resolution (800x600 to 1024x768) because Vesa VBE is slow.
Anyway, it is just an idea.
Good luck. 🙂

Alternatively, just get a thin client (prices are currently low) and a KVM switch.
Most of them are powerful enough for Win9x.
And some come with CF card slots pre-installed on the mainboard.
Just make sure it has drivers for Win9x.
And enough RAM installed, of ourse. 😉
