Anyone knows about CPU(Pentium/Pro/II) and HDD/CD-ROM (PCI and i440fx) diagnostic tools to run on Windows NT 4.0?
Otherwise, perhaps 9x software will be fine as well(already tried WinCheckIt on 9x though, which checked out last time I checked (although that was before NT 4.0 booted)).
