Usually good at finding ancient stuff, but this one is elusive.
Remember playing it at a local arcade place around the mid 80ies.
Kid memories are vague, but it was a 2d top down taxi driving game. Dense on yellow colors.
Cartoony style. Player is supposed to pick clients and drive them to destinations around the city within given time while trying to overcome various obstacles.

Any hints ?

I saw this one, should mention it.
Layout and pov is very similar, but the graphics were much more dense on detail, design was better and pace was much faster, a lot more traffic, vehicles of various types, etc.
That game looks like older version of the one i am trying to locate.
