I have this card https://www.ultimateretro.net/en/motherboards/2176 that does not start with the cache enabled, I tried to replace the cache chips by configuring it to 256 512 and 1024 but the problem remains, only now I have noticed that it originally had 8 "CY7C199" chips and at first glance they are the classic 32K x 8, looking at the datasheets many pins do not match.

Someone has a card like this and they confirm that cypress chips need to be fitted or it works with other chips as well.
