Can anyone help me identify this sound card, it came out of an HP Multimedia 6100 computer

Is it a combo modem and sound card? I see something about com ports on the pcb. Prometheus isa sound card/modem might net some google results.

It's got a frickin' transformer onboard. Good call on the modem; that's a bummer. It's got an original discrete YMF262 OPL3 + YAC512 DAC with that ESS ES688F.

Seems to be a Prometheus DLFAUDIODRIVE https://fccid.io/DLFAUDIODRIVE. Says it right on the card.

It's ES688 based, so you can use the drivers for DOS from:

Windows 9x has the drivers included with the OS.

apparently they make modems, probably a run for an OEM or something like that.
