Hi guys, does anyone know if this revision of the PC MPU 401 i/f card works with an AT (or better) machine as well, or XT only? (sorry, the best photo available)

That is the original MIF-IPC. The MIF-IPC-A has the ICs rotated 90 degrees.

Thanks, and is the MIF-IPC the one, that has issues on machines newer than an XT?

Depends on the system. If you already have it, won't hurt to try. There is more info here.
