In contrast to the topic where I showcased my retro Socket A rigs, in this topic I will showcase my Socket 754 systems.
1st Socket 754 system (my main retro rig that I use everyday):
-AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 2 GHz (ClawHammer core) with AMD stock cooler
-ASUS K8V SE Deluxe motherboard
-Cooler Master Centurion V case with front USB, audio and FireWire
-1GB DDR400 (PC3200) GeIL Value RAM (CL2.5-3-3-6) (with blue heatsinks) (2x 512MB DIMMs)
-ASUS N6200 256MB video card (NVIDIA GeForce 6200 AGP) (NV44a core)
-Samsung SpinPoint P80 160GB SATA HDD (model HD160JJ) (connected to VIA VT8237 SATA controller)
-ASUS 16X DVD-RW drive (model DRW-1608P, OEM Pioneer DVR-109)
-Sony 3.5" 1.44MB floppy drive (model MPF920)
-550W RPC PSU
-Leadtek WinFast TV2000XP Expert TV Tuner
-it runs Windows XP Professional SP1 and Mandrake Linux 10.0 Official (dual-boot)
Any opinions? I have several Socket 754 systems to show.
