I've taken all the necessary steps to uninstall GLIDOS and still receive a "Server not present" error message in a GLIDOS window when trying to launch Descent 2 3DFX. Is there something I missed to clean this up?

I found two additional files in the Descent2 dir that the "uninstall" process (from this forum) did not mention and deleted them also.

I'm trying to run other GL wappers to evaluate the best but this one still has hooks someplace prventing Descent from running with the others. I'm less than impressed by the lack of uninstall on a trialware product. If anyone knows why please e-mail me at gorby@nrtco.net
