Here is what i have, It works.

https://easyeda.com/jerryt74332/m919-cache-completed_copy

This was my first attempt at anything with easyeda. so cut me some slack, it works.

This is a very close copy of the original. I would like to make a 512 or 1024 next, but dont know how yet.

You can get your boards ordered from anywhere, or I do have on Ebay. You can search if interested.

Good work. It shouldn't be complicated to make a 1Mb module. It just takes two additional address lines. Needs eight 128Kx8 chips for the cache and one 64Kx8 chip for the tag.

One more thing. I would probably keep using 0805 capacitors instead of 0603. Clock speeds are low enough for this type size. 10uF/6.3V 0805 X5R or Y5V is a good choice and quite inexpensive.

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Dang. This is why we need to be uploading to vogons 🤣

Was this the only project around for this?

If nothing comes of it and someone can guide me on layout/routing who is more familiar with details I can probably replicate it in kicad.
