I use AB literally daily in my project PCs. It's such a good resource into finding out what your PC is doing when gaming from CPU thread utilising, clock speed for CPU an GPU (useful in this day and age of thermally limited hardware), how much VRAM is in use, how much bus interface is in use / saturated. Although saying that I don't think I am buying new hardware any time soon so the latest version will keep me going for a while. When you see youtube reviewers do a review of something (CPU or GPU or whatever) and say the framerate they get but not if they are CPU or GPU limited is annoying!
Replacement for this is GPU-Z. Does report what GPU is doing similar to this.
