I find a socket 4 motherboard MD54E213, and i have already a pentium 60 socket4 cpu.
I try to start it with/without ram from my 486 socket 3 , but no result.
The cpu normal heating, but speaker not beep, no picture, and the isa/pci postcard not show activities, only 00 .
Maybe must use the connector between isa and pci ports?
Thank for all helping hints.

Too bad the BIOS chip isn't easy to swap or check.
How are your hot air soldering skills?

In my experience a potentially empty Dallas should get you at least a POST.

Discovered the problem.
3 trace was broken.
Already working.
Only one interesting thing is:
Need power on, then power off.
After that fast power on.
It can happen thanks to bad Dallas ic?
