I have a sound blaster live installed in my Pentium 100 MHZ, 32mb RAM, 1 Mb video card and sound blaster live

Games like Wolfenstein 3D and 4D Stunts Driving run slow and jittery

any suggestions?

I would say that using an SB Live with a Pentium 100 is kind of a weird choice.
The SB Live's DOS compatibility relies heavily on emulation, so you need a pretty beefy CPU for that (which the Pentium 100 is not).
I recommend ditching the SB Live and getting an SB Pro compatible ISA sound card instead.
