Please explain me, if DOSBox can apply custom palettes, how I can do it?
I need to emulate a Robotron monochrome CGA monitor, thus I need to set all CGA palette colors to grades of green color.

Download gulikoza's dosbox from here:
http://www.si-gamer.net/gulikoza/

After that in dosbox.conf change machine=vga to machine=cga
and change pixelshader= to pixelshader=MCGreen.fx
