I want to install a second operating system on my retro rig, but due to my great foresight I only have one partition on my CF card, taking up all the space. I have no experience with setting up multiboot systems. What would be the best way to save all the data and have dualboot going at the end?

use a 2nd flash card... Just my two cents.

I have resized physical HDD's and SSD's using Gparted Live, maybe it will work with a compact flash driver too.

No matter where you go, there you are...
