Hi,
I'm trying to get sound running in Space Hulk. The game itself runs fine.
I have a PII 350MHz, win98, and a Sound Blaster PCI 64 soundcard.
This card offers a Legacy device itself for having sound in DOS-games.
I tried of course switching that off.
I also checked the BaseAddress, IRQ, DMA.
I slowed down emulation to 100 cycles. I checked (running Boxer) every soundemulation (except cms, checked that later).
I'm a newbie to dosbox, this is the first game I try to emulate.

So can someone help me with this?

In the meantime I got Bioforge to work including sound. So it shouldn't be impossible to get sound in Spacehulk too.
And I'm quite sure there is sound because there are several midi-files in the SpaceHulk-dir...

Any guesses?

Which would be fine with me too. Could you tell me what sort of configuration you used?

My spacehulk-folder is 7,5MB. ???
Maybe it's a stripped version but I doubt it since the midis are there and it even comes with a Soundblaster driver. What use would this be?
Anyway it's a download and therefor there's no cd.

Could you explain this in more detail?
