An advise to everyone. I think that Tenberry's software dos4gw implementation wasn't backwards compatible with the Rational Systems' one. Correct me if i am wrong. 😕

I replaced several Rational System 1.97 with Tenberry's 2.01a? i think it is.
Warcraft 1 used 1.97 and I replaced it with 2.01a and no problem there.

1.6 didn't work with more than 32 Mb of RAM 😀
1.97 is widely used, but I didn't see 2.01a anywhere (as standalone executable).

Rational Systems have changed there name to Tenberry (or they have been taken over)
See the Rational Systems website (www.rationalsystems.com)
If the URL is wrong then tell me)

I still see no reason for posting the same file to VOGONS again.

dos32a.sourceforge.net
I dunno if this would work in DOSBox but its a DOS4GW replacement
and its (obvously) open source. I tried it with some stuff under XP
and it stopped a lot of lockups and stuff.
