If you own a game on Steam but not on GOG then the GOG Connect service will allow you to download that game from GOG DRM free.

This only applies to the games listed on the following webpage:
https://www.gog.com/connect

The only game that applied for me was Shadow Warrior.

I especially bought Cossacs on Steam for 5 euro and I got from GoG Connect all three first Cossacs games. I hope I got Terraria on GoG from GoG Connect some time.
