I'm sorry to hear that, twiz11. The first step is to acknowledge it, which you have done. Now you must analyze what it is, precisely, that is causing this. Then, take measures to fix it...obviously easier said than done. Take some time for yourself, do something you enjoy. Do you like reading, but haven't had time? Too much time at work? Too much stress in your personal life?
