I've probably mentioned a few times before that Dr. Hardware is my favorite, and in my opinion best hardware info/benchmark tool for DOS. Unfortunately, old versions are virtually impossible to find these days. With some luck, you'll find 9.0e, but that's it. So I put all the versions online that I collected over the years, ranging from 1997 to 2007.
